This smoothie perfect for summer!
NOTE: Adding ice last helps with the blending process.

Ingredients:
- 2 whole Chiquita Bananas
- 3 cups Ice
- 1/2 cup frozen Strawberries (or 1/3 cup strawberry syrup)
- 1 cup Piña colada mix
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
Instructions :
Put Chiquita Bananas, strawberries (or strawberry syrup), piña colada mix, and yogurt in a blender; add ice and blend on high until smooth (roughly 80 to 90 seconds).
NOTE: Adding ice last helps with the blending process.

Ingredients :
-2 handfuls of frozen red berries
-3 small pieces of chocolate
-1 banana
- + Apple Juice if you want your smoothie more dilute
- Ice
then mix them all in blender, pour it in a glass, enjoy!
